This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through Clarity Shop, operated by CLARITY POOLS LLC.

Where We Ship

We currently accept and ship orders within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days after payment authorization. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. We will contact you if an item is unavailable or if additional information is required.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery is within 7 days. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Free standard shipping is currently offered for eligible United States orders. Any applicable charge will be displayed before you submit your order.

Tracking and Delivery

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Missing or Damaged Shipments

If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact hello@clarityshop.com promptly with your order number and relevant photographs when applicable.
